@Karl I just wrote a whole page on the Right hands of Fellowship on my Facebook.
The custom of many churches doing this act are inaccurate of the word. #1 It was Given to the Apostles Paul and Barnabas but not to Titus who was with them. It was not to put them in the church neither did the Apostles make a altar call they Initiated to the contact after recognizing Paul had the same Gospel they had from God. Now regarding the Left hand incident you described thats a new one but in that case there was no need for the right hand of fellowship if the canidate was not baptized. The new Birth of Water and Spirit puts you in the body of Christ. In addition if you look closely at Galations 2 that was supposed to been a Private meeting it was not even done openly,

You raise interesting points about the benefits of the Chromebook for education. However some institutions will still require access to Windows applications. In order to extend the benefits of Chromebooks schools will need to provide quick and easy browser-based access to these Windows applications and also to virtual desktops. Ericom AccessNow provides this support and enables Chromebook users to connect to Terminal Servers, physical desktops or VDI virtual desktops – and run Windows applications and desktops within a browser window, without having to install anything on the user device.

Here's an example of a large school district that is using Ericom AccessNow to provide 30,000 students and staff access to Windows applications from Chromebooks, iPads and other devices:

Ericom also offers special pricing for education customers.

Stephanie, we did enjoy it and I'm glad we were able to go see them live. I still hate they didn't get to hear "Wake Up Jeff" live, but they had a good time anyway.

I honestly feel the President is trying to make a good faith effort to make something happen where both sides benefit. What's the big deal with compromising for the greater good? What's the big deal with fixing some of those tax loopholes that complicate our tax code?

It's sad that grown men and women can't come together to achieve a common goal. But I guess that's politics.

Seriously, some of you posters need some information from a local gal. The house, I believe is in Clayton County, not Henry Country like some blogs said. I grew up there from the age of 10 til 18. My parents still live there. My parents build their dream home there around the time the EM crew built the Harper's house. My parents house is worth more, more square footage, etc. The expenses they quote make no sense. My parents expenses with the initial house in Clayton County, 2 kids, 2 private school tuitions and my 3 relatives living with use for 10 years, kids went to public school, was less than 6,000 a month. 3 kids in public school and a less expensive house cost more? By using my parents property tax bill as an estimate, I had estimated about 3,000 a year for the property taxes, so 230 a month increase. With the 250,00 in the bank making 3 per cent interest, they couldn't find the 230 a month. The mom or the 17 year old couldn't work 10 hours a week at chick fil A? Also, when they saw they couldn't make the expenses, they took out a business loan for 100 per cent of the equity? Sell the house instead. Because of the economy Henry and Clayton counties have for sale signs EVERYWHERE!!!! IF they had sold the 450,000 home for 225,000.....a steal for someone who has the money, they could have bought a 200,000 home in the same area. A NICE HOME, trust me, I see what people are asking. Then, if you have to start a business, save some money but if you are not going to do that, use the 250,000. At least when they lose that money it will just be kids not going to college instead of not having a home to live in. HOPE scholarship will pay tuition if the kids get a 1200 on math/cr of the sat, so if the parents could have blown 90% of the money, the kids could maybe still have gone. Sorry but this family makes me sick. What is it with people who use "We shouldn't judge, only God should" nonsense. When you hear about a terrorist killing innocent children, you think its horrible, you don't say "WE shouldn't judge. To conclude my long post, Clayton County is known for bad things, and these people helped. You know people see a black family messing up and some blame the whole race. Its wrong but it happens and this IDIOTIC family did not help.

Wow, I am doing a paper on trends and came across this post. This is very interesting. While I agree that each generation has its on way of expression, I am generation X btw, I also agree to social norms that must generate our guidelines to social conduct and demeanor. Look, we live in the world where not everyone will always agree with what you do, we base our behaviors with OUR beliefs and morals. If you think its ok to walk around and basically moon people, I really don't care, thats ok with you. I think it is absolutely hilarious when I see someone walking down the hallway of my University holding books in one and hand and their pants in another, OMG. If you want to be inconvenienced and fumble around with that, its up to you.

Heres my argument, please for the love of GOD quit making this an attack on Black people, OMG. I am so freaking over hearing this worn-out argument, its old. Stop. Come up with some other valid points. If a culturally diverse population comes up with a trend, as this trend did come from black people, then people automatically blame it on their race and say they are being targeted. NO you are being targeted because out of all the freaking trends, this just happens to be very offensive by SOCIETIES standards. That encompasses everyone not just whites. Quit already. This trend started as a result of not being able to wear belts in prison and bands like Kris Kross who wore their pants big baggie and backwards. And, referring to Erik Erikson's model of development we know that adolescent's is a time that individualism and identity are important. Young people are influenced usually by things that go against the norms.

So, like I said, if you wanna wear your pants down at you knees or for that matter no pants at all, I don't care, it doesn't bother me. But if you wanna play the victim role because YOU KNOW IT GOES AGAINST NORMS and blame an attack on you because your black, that's not ok, STOP!!

We were considering buying a few solar panel products for our house this past year. The only issue was the price. The least expensive system we found was close to 15 thousand dollars. It might have taken us several years to make back that amount of money. At any rate, we stumbled across these instructions for building your own solar power panels. We chose to try out that route. It saved us a great deal of dollars, and the no cost, efficient power is fantastic! :) We operate a number of of our appliances off of this source of power.
