		<description>Darrell, you make a good point. The system is not managed properly which leads to these type of situations. She obviously fell short in regards to the top 10% selection criteria and the other schools where she got accepted were quality schools. If you look at UT&#039;s website, there&#039;s a lot of criteria when selecting students. The whole purpose is to build a diverse community of students where everyone can learn from each other. 

I have mixed feelings on race-based admissions and I hope at some point, we won&#039;t need this type of system. I think the courts are saying 2028. I hate to see this be an issue, but I&#039;m sure there are a lot of minorities that understand exactly how she feels. Thanks for writing this one.</description>
