I enjoyed the Podcast, regarding affirmative action, it is not being enforced but should not be abolished. The discrimation factor is subjectived and one can alway say, we are not good enough in a area but the real deal may be, color, I touched on the Ferraro topic on my blog, she is right, Mondale wanted a woman for his running mate, she was not a party leader at the time, Obama is finding his own way. Keep Hope alive

JD, as always thanks for your comments. I hope Obama continues to find his own way. I think the success he’s had is due to the message he’s giving the American people. They want change and I think he can give us that.

I just hope his spurring of the movement to get everyday people involved continues. I hope he can raise the consciousness of regular folks and motivate us all to make our voices be heard. I think this is part of what his campaign has been about.
